Australia's Outback Eclipse Festival: More Details

You may have heard about NASA's request for no music during the total solar eclipse. We sure got a shock when a journalist called us claiming that the ban was not only for Ceduna but also for Lyndhurst the township in close proximity to the Outback Eclipse Festival site. After some hasty calls it was verified that the ban applies only for a few hours to the foreshore of Ceduna to let the scientists calibrate their equipment, however, incorrect media still spread. Despite causing confusion and freaking some out it has been quite funny. We have planned for a time of no music during the eclipse anyway. Ultimately, with much excitement, the festival goes on!
