British Blokes Spurn One Night Stands

Just 7% of British men hope for sex on a first date, while 60% think it's "inappropriate" to go further than holding hands and kissing, a new survey of 1,000 18-30 year old men suggested this week (The Sun). Twice as many men in the poll for Ffijj drinks also claimed they rated a sense of humour higher than a pretty face (50% to 27%).

The survey coincided with numerous articles in the UK press featuring the views of a Canadian Sex-In-The-City style journalist living in London who this week branded British blokes as "repressed homosexuals".

26 year old blonde Leah McLaren reached her conclusion after failing to pull any British blokes in six months, and told The Spectator magazine that Brits "simply don't like women". The admittedly pretty writer, who reportedly confined her dates to old Etonians, suggested their misogyny was caused by the fact that many "went to boarding school, thus forfeiting essential affection from their mothers, leaving them all but incapable of intimacy with women."
