Local Bondi musician Declan Kelly will be releasing his latest roots and reggae album Adrift at the Oxford Art Factory on Thursday 23 April. Joining Kelly will be his band The Rising Sun, a selection of outstanding local DJs and a special treat in the form of a performance from the Hawaiian Polynesian Dance Group.
